Night Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Night Manager/MOD will oversee all aspects of daily operations for the Rooms and Food & Beverage outlets at The Westin at Frenchman's Reef, ensuring seamless service for guests in a luxury Caribbean setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the restaurant, lounge, room service and front‑office areas.
• Coordinate loss‑prevention activities and monitor compliance with liquor, health and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare and analyze reports such as wage, payroll, revenue, budgeting and employee schedules.
• Assist with menu planning, staff training, cross‑training and handling guest complaints.
• Work closely with other managers to maintain smooth overall resort operations.

Required profile

• College‑level reasoning, math and language skills.
• Minimum two years of departmental management experience in front office or related areas.
• Strong time‑management, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of local employment and innkeeper laws, cash‑handling experience, and fluent English communication.
• Computer proficiency and ability to work on‑site without posing health or safety risks.
