Tour Representative

About the role

The Tour Representative serves as the primary point of contact for cruise ship passengers visiting Coral World Ocean Park. You will coordinate boarding, communicate with ship staff, and ensure a smooth, informative experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare for passenger arrivals, arrive 30 minutes before tour departure, and manage boarding with drivers.
• Relay final passenger counts and timing details to ship staff, transportation, and park personnel.
• Complete departure paperwork accurately and provide promotional materials to shore‑excursion staff.
• Assist with cruise ship allotment requests and perform general administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Professional appearance, punctual, reliable, and able to work under high stress.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize time‑sensitive tasks, and solve spontaneous problems.
• Comfortable speaking to strangers, directing large crowds, and standing/walking up to 3 miles per day.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based computer systems, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
