Ops Supervisor – Marine Operations (St. Croix, VI)

About the role

The Operations Supervisor for the OSRO Marine team leads the marine emergency response and related projects for the St. Croix Business Unit. This role oversees personnel, resources, and compliance with federal, state and local regulations while developing new client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage in‑house marine response resources, including training, design and deployment.
• Supervise on‑site and off‑site marine emergency response operations and related projects.
• Provide guidance, supervision and oversight of marine personnel and state‑covered vessel plans.
• Draft marine work plans, health and safety plans, and manage hazardous waste disposal phases.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure timely client revenue and manage project risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in the marine industry with management responsibility.
• Current OSHA, DOT and EPA training certificates.
• Strong communication skills across all management levels.
• Ability to travel and work on location for extended periods.
