Director of Outlets

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven hospitality professional to lead the food and beverage outlets at Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort. As Director of Outlets you will be responsible for the overall performance of our restaurants, bars, lounges and other F&B concepts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage venues, including restaurants, bars and lounges.
• Develop and execute revenue‑growth strategies and innovative dining concepts.
• Analyze financial and operational data to create actionable operational plans.
• Lead, coach and motivate a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain operational efficiency, cost control and compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of food‑and‑beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Proven ability to interpret financial data and translate it into operational actions.
• Strong leadership, time‑management and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when business demands.
